  Isn't it sad when the mantra is to support local, Yet this local air con man lives by another obviously. We first contacted Peter Seng on the 30th of November last year for a replacement fan blade. It took about 3 weeks but we had the fan blade before Christmas...and then it was discovered that after installing the fan blade that the outside unit needed a sensor to get the cool air running in the air con. It's a week out from Christmas, so we realise that this will take a while before this order could be filled and sent. Since we hadn't heard from him and it was now mid January, we give Seng a call and he promptly lets us know that he has an ETA of the end of January for the sensor. The end of January comes and goes, and without a phone call or message of any kind from Seng. So we call him again in the first week of February. My partner kindly asks if we will be waiting much longer, Seng replied with...I'll get onto it. Three weeks pass and still no communication. We get to March, and my partner rings again, only to be met with...Ohhh I thought I done that already. Ummmm no three months and we are still waiting. What hurt's the most is we are supposed to support our locals, and recommend and refer them for great work done which we had done, only to be treated like this in the end. He had been great till the sensor problem. He took our old sensor, so we don't even know what it's product number is so we can source it on our own. All in all a very ugly experience. We will no longer be calling back to see if this useless business man has actually done his job. We will be sourcing a new and upcoming young air conditioning service man who has been recommended to us. Shame on you Peter Seng, I wonder how many other customers you've left in the lurch in the middle of Summer and rip roaring Heat waves. May Karma grab you and deal with you, because we've wiped our hands of you and word of mouth is everything in a small town...
