  Driver was very rude and wouldn't leave parcel as was over 3km. I had to drive and meet courier as wouldn't deliver to address even though I paid for delivery. Do not recommend this company as pathetic...

  Unfortunately this is not the first bad experience that myself, family members, friends & work colleagues have had with them. Staff rudeness, unwillingness to deliver and demanding that customers drive to meet them in random locations to pick up their parcels are all common complaints.

  Absolutely disgusting - do not use this company! The rudest, snarkiest & most unprofessional service I have ever received. A woman from kingaroy freight phoned me today to organise delivery of my parcel tomorrow. She asked if someone would be home to help their driver lift the 109kg parcel off the truck as he works on his own with no tail lift & no lifting equipment (what kind of transport company doesn’t have tail lift trucks or pallet lifts when transporting large items?!!) When I explained that I work full time & was not physically able to lift 54kg she rudely snapped that she would send it back to the original freight company & had ‘no idea’ what would happen from there or when I would receive it as it has ‘nothing to do with her’. I told her I didn’t appreciate her rudeness & that we’ve had issues with their company in the past. I asked her to hold off sending it back until I could check if a family member could be at my house. She refused, saying no she won’t hold it because I ‘might abuse the driver’. I was so shocked i asked to speak to her boss but instead she HUNG UP ON ME!! I called back and asked why she hung up on me and the response I got was ‘because I think youre rude’. What a joke! I’ve since lodged a complaint with the original freight company who will be investigating. I’ve also lodged a complaint with the company I bought the item off.

  fantastic country transport never had a problem with them they pick my freight up on time and get the job done !
