  I am a renter... In contrast to agents in other real estates companies, Freeman Estate staff carry old, basic values that I miss in an agent now that I have an agent that rules over us in every aspect, and as legally as they can, to the point of making themselves so cringe worthy, we want out. Nope, Freeman's is not like that, and I hope they continue to carry the core values of property rentals without the ruling, and lawyer attitude in their tenancy paperwork. Agents that deal with bad tenants regularly tend to eventually stigmatise all tenants as potential problems, hence why they develop a bad attitide. However, havING rented through Freeman's for a couple of years, we didn't have any problem having repairs done, or complaints of exit condition, as we did everything possible to ensure the home was very clean when we left, more than when we entered even. We were overcharged for spot cleaning due to a couple of minor things we missed, and had to pay for a gas bottle on departure (the one we got upon entry we believe wasn't full either.) The rentals in South Burnett are stupidly expensive anyway, considering they are a long way from real civilisation, so we had had enough and got out. I just wish we still had Freeman's with us to rent through. Our LL, and his Mrs were unrealistic though, and had the opinion their cheaply build home was actually well built. It was the poorest build quality I have ever had the displeasure of enduring, and glad to get out when we did. Kingaroy on a whole was an awful place, certainly not for families.

  Their cool to let you rent through them but once you want to leave they want to be picky about the smallest things. E.g. Rain marks on the outside windows. :/

  We have been dealing with the new Freemans management team for 10 years, they keep us happy and they keep our tenants happy. They are a very professional and well run organisation. Thanks James, Jill, Carlen, Amanda, Rebecca and Bernie

  Excellent Service Standards - The service and support provided by James, Jill and their staff is way above great! This is a new era in property management and sales, Keep up the great work..... I would highly recommend the new Freeman's Team.
